Ingredients

- 2 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon ranch popcorn seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment foil. Mix all ingredients together. Roast for 25-35 minutes or until browned and crisp. Stir often.
Notes
- If you can’t find ranch popcorn seasoning, try ranch dressing mix.

This is a great appetizer and easy snack to set up when one has visitors. I think I’ll give this a shot in the next gathering. And I do like the taste of seeds when roasted, so I’ll probably make some extra for myself! Ha ha.
Every year I tell myself that I’m going to save the pumpkin seeds from carving for roasting and every year I never do! This is me promising to myself that this Halloween I will save the pumpkin seeds and make roasted seeds with them!!
Now that Halloween is coming up, this would make a great appetizer for Halloween parties!
