Who says you can’t have it all? I love brownies. I love chocolate chips. I love butterscotch chips. I cannot wait to try this recipe which somehow combines all that is good in life (okay, maybe I’m exaggerating a bit) into one delicious treat. Is there a way to make these brownies come out gooey? I think gooey brownies are the only way to make them.
